THE SEMINARS OF THE MUSEUM
The pasta culture center
In a room of the Museum, set up with modern audiovisual systems, “The Seminars of the Museum” are held. These Study Seminars confirm the Museum's vocation to promote knowledge in relation to the food-dietary, qualitative-nutritional, qualitative-productive aspects, as well as to represent the center of culture of pasta. The Seminars were held with the contribution of the Minister for Agricultural and Forestry Policies .
The Seminars are held by primary teachers in the museum and are multilingual with simultaneous translation . They are aimed in particular at teachers of technical subjects and teachers of hotel institutes, with in-depth analysis of the historical, productive, nutritional and gastronomic aspects of pasta.
